IF you think you won and have not received an email by 12 noon on Friday Jan 15, be sure to check your spam AND notify us. ***************************************************************************************** Due to the Declarated State of Emergency, the Pick Up location has been altered to ease curb side pickup. The hours of pickup will also be extended to ensure everyone maintains a safe distance and proper sanitizing can happen. New pickup location will be Margaret and Union area in Kitchener. You must pre-book a pickup time, instructions and pick up address will be sent to winning bidders once the auction has closed and winners are confirmed. **We want you to be safe, so if you have paid in full for your items, you have the options to have us store items for a maximum of 30 days at no additional cost to you. You must notify us by email by 8 p.m. Friday Jan 15 2021 if this is your preference. Items left longer than 30 days will be considered abandoned, and may be re-sold at a future auction. ***************************************************************************************** Options for paying your invoice will be included in the notice to winning bidders. E-transfers or credit cards are both accepted. In order to keep your costs lower, we do not charge the card you have on file with Hibid due to the associated fees. Shipping: We can ship items throughout Canada and the US, but cannot guarantee how delicately the shipper will handle the packaging, thus, cannot guarantee what we ship will arrive in one piece.  We only ship via courier services (Purolator, UPS, DHL, Canpar, FedEx), and do not ship via Canada Post.  Before your items are shipped, we will provide you with a cost estimate.
